In what was probably one of the more unique businesses that I’ve ever freelanced for, Haute Dog specializes in bejeweled bows for dogs. Obviously the target market is very upscale and has a hard feminine slant, so the goal was to create a high-end boutique feel with their identity. Using hand-drawn lettering, this design was the final result. I then applied the logo to business cards which also double as tags for the bows. I’ve included some discarded concepts that I presented to Haute Dog, giving you a look at some alternative directions that were explored during the design process.
